This is one of my favorite songs to dance to in my #Zumba classes.  Why? Because my students love it and it gives them the opportunity to really get down and have fun with me which is what I strive for in each of my Zumba classes.

One of the biggest challenges I have faced as an instructor is the location of my classes not being convenient for my followers.  I am originally from Miami now living in Fort Lauderdale and I teach mostly in Broward County and even Palm Beach County (which are the 2 counties north of Miami-Dade County). A majority of Miami residents do not travel outside of the 305 and I don’t blame them.  As for me, to drive to Miami to teach and hour long class is not ideal mostly because traffic is so so bad here.  My point is,  I teach all over the place and it makes it difficult for my followers and even friends to take my class. My students that do come to my class are gym members who live locally, which I love & appreciate my local students so much!

Because of this, I record my choreo to the songs I use for my classes to reach my followers so they can dance with me wherever they are located.  And trust me guys, it’s not to become famous because being famous is not my goal in life.  Believe it or not, I am very introverted and reserved to be famous.  I am a shadow and always been a shadow, but this shadow loves music and dance so I create my craft for the rest to enjoy.  Seeing others enjoy my work makes me feel good which is why I continue despite all the obstacles I’ve encountered.

After 2 months of personal training with Bobby at The Custom Fitness Institute, the final results are now in.  If you have been following lunasol vida on Instagram, you would have seen the workouts I was doing at my training sessions.  If you haven’t seen it, have no fear because I will be posting it on this blog to recap the type of workouts I did to burn fat & gain muscles.  After this experience, I learned what I have to do to get rid of the stubborn fat that doesn’t want to leave, the proper way to build muscle and can’t wait to share my knowledge to everyone who wants to do the same.
